Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AI Platform website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and partners who access or use our platform.

Services Description

AI Platform provides enterprise AI governance infrastructure, including but not limited to:

• Multi-tenant AI governance and policy enforcement engine.
• Provider-agnostic LLM orchestration and routing.
• Managed RAG knowledge architecture with tenant-scoped data isolation.
• Embeddable AI chat widget SDK with Shadow DOM encapsulation.
• Contract enforcement, usage metering, and commercial licensing infrastructure.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts or submitting inquiries.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to bypass governance controls, tenant isolation boundaries, or security mechanisms.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the AI Platform — including software, architecture, design, text, graphics, logos, and documentation — are owned by AI Platform and protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Service Level & Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability. Enterprise clients with active contracts are governed by the specific SLA terms outlined in their agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our platform, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via direct notification to active clients. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
