Frequently asked questions
Does Amargi integrate with my CRM, like Zoho or HubSpot?
Yes. You can drive WhatsApp and the other channels straight from your CRM through a REST API, and replies plus delivery receipts come back to you over signed webhooks. As a Meta Tech Provider, the connection is Meta-direct and your WhatsApp Business account stays yours. We do not require a prebuilt connector for every system, any CRM that can call an API can connect.
Can I connect my own systems with an API and webhooks?
Yes. There is a send API for customer messaging, plus signed webhooks for inbound messages and delivery notifications, so your systems know what arrived and when. We support idempotency keys so a retry never sends the same message twice. The connection is direct, with no middleman in between.
Which AI models can I use, am I locked into one provider?
The platform is provider-agnostic and you bring your own model. Run your agents on OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or self-hosted models, and pick whichever fits each task. You can switch anytime, with no lock-in to a single provider.
Do I need a developer to set up integrations?
Not necessarily. There are two paths, a no-code one using automation builders and forms to wire services together and connect tools like Google Sheets, and the API plus webhooks for your technical team when you need deeper integration. You start with whichever fits and scale up later.
Can I self-host or keep my data in the EU?
Yes. You can run the platform in our managed cloud, inside your own cloud account, or fully on-premise on your own servers, whichever your security and compliance needs require. EU data residency is available for organizations that need their data to stay in Europe. In every option your data is isolated to your organization.
