Amargi Remote Control

Coming soon

Cross-platform desktop remote control.

WebRTC peer-to-peer, hardware H.264, TOTP 2FA, and a native UI on Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Amargi Remote Control is a desktop remote-access tool built for IT support and developers who need to assist remote users without a third-party broker. P2P by default, brokered fallback when NAT requires it.

Key features

Native apps for Windows / Linux / macOS

Real native UIs, not Electron. Sub-100ms latency on local networks, hardware H.264 encode/decode where available.

WebRTC peer-to-peer

Direct peer connection when both ends can NAT-traverse. Optional brokered fallback through your own TURN server.

TOTP 2FA + audit log

Every session requires the controlled user to confirm via TOTP. Every keystroke and click logged for audit.

Unattended access (with consent)

Optional install for unattended access, but with explicit user consent + audit trail. Disabled by default.

View-only or full control

Per-session permission grant. Demo a fix without taking over, or take full control when needed.

No third-party broker

You run the signaling server. Sessions never touch anyone else's infrastructure.

How teams will use it

IT helpdesk support

Internal IT can assist any employee without a third-party tool sitting in the middle.

Developer pair programming

Pair on a colleague's machine without screen-share lag. Hardware-accelerated 60fps where available.

Customer-facing support

Walk customers through a setup with view-only first, then escalate to control if they consent.

Pricing

Per-seat for the controllers + free for controlled users. Self-host the signaling server. Contact us for a quote.

Will integrate with

Session transcripts feed into Agents for summary + ticket-creation in Escalate (when the user opts in).

Replace your remote-access bill

Get on the early-access list, we're building this for teams who don't want their support sessions running through a US-based broker.
