Pair any Agents agent, any Reach Webchat channel, or any Escalate intake form with one of three pre-built UI themes — Classic, Modern, or Minimal — and publish it on any website. Classic (v1) — speech bubble, friendly. Modern (v2) — rounded panel, brand-forward. Minimal (v3) — slim pill, premium. Each ships as its own bundle so theme changes are one URL swap.
Source = an Agents AI agent, a Reach Webchat channel, or an Escalate intake form / KB search. Same widget, three personalities — the visitor never sees the seams.
Restrict each publication to a list of origins. Off-list embeds get a silent 204 instead of a config blob — your widget never runs on a site you didn't authorize.
